How do I merge a Nupex Global Rewards card?

To merge a Nupex Global Rewards card:

  1. Visit our website and sign in using your Nupex Global ID credentials.
  2. Navigate to the “My Account” tab and find the “Add a card” section.
  3. Here, you can add a card to your profile and start collecting electronic Nupex Global “Money” instantly!

How much does Ship to Home delivery cost?

The shipping and handling fee for Nupex Global is determined by various factors, including the item’s size, total order weight, delivery type, your location, and delivery distance.

You can estimate shipping charges on the item’s product detail page by entering your postal code. The estimator will calculate the estimated shipping and handling fee for the displayed item. Final shipping fees will be determined during the checkout process.

Please note that items cannot be delivered to all P.O. Boxes. Enter your postal code into the Estimated Shipping Fee section of our website to confirm if your address is eligible for Ship to Home delivery.

Are products sold by Nupex Global backed by warranties?

Yes, we stand behind the products we sell. Details on warranties can be found on all product detail pages. If you need to make a claim on the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact your local Nupex Global store. If a product is defective, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. If none is specified, we offer a one-year warranty on most products.

How long will my order be held for pick-up? Can my pick-up date be extended?

Your order will be held at our pickup location, 1740 Argentia Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 3K3, for a minimum of 3 days, up to a maximum of 15 days. Hold times may vary.

If you cannot pick up your order by the expected pick-up date, please call our store directly at 905-781-4673 to arrange for an extended pick-up date.
