Pickup at Store

Packaging for Pick Up: As we transition away from plastic bags, your items for pick up may be packaged in reusable bags based on their size. During checkout, we’ll estimate the number of reusable bags needed, which will be reflected on your receipt.

Refunds for Pick Up Fees: If your order incurred a pick up fee and you’re returning it, the refund of the pick up fee is at the discretion of the store. Remember to bring all related receipts for a successful refund, especially if your order was picked up over multiple trips.

How to Make a Purchase for Store Pick Up: Shop online at nupexglobal.com and add your desired items to your cart. At checkout, select ‘Pick Up at Store’ as your method. After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your items are ready, you’ll get an email notifying you to pick them up.

Curbside Pick Up: Choose Curbside Pick Up during checkout if available. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a Ready for Pick Up email with a personalized 4-digit pickup code. Head to your selected store, go to the designated Curbside Pick Up area, and follow the instructions on the signage.

What You Need for Pick Up: Bring your Ready for Pick Up email (on your smartphone or printed), featuring a QR code and 4-digit pick up code. Stores may also require additional information from the email and a photo ID for verification.

Curbside Pick Up Location and Hours: Stores offering Curbside Pick Up have marked, designated areas in their parking lots. Each store has its own hours for Curbside Pick Up, which you can find on the store’s Hours & Details page.

Availability of Curbside Pick Up: While most Nupex Global stores offer Curbside Pick Up, some exceptions may apply based on location. Check the Hours & Details page of your selected store to confirm if Curbside Pick Up is available.

Order Hold Period: Your order will be held at the store for 3 to 15 days, depending on the store’s policy. If you can’t pick up your order by the expected date, contact the store directly to arrange an extended pick up date.

Multiple Ready for Pick Up Emails: If your order includes products not in stock, you’ll receive separate Ready for Pick Up emails for each product as they become available. The estimated availability date for all products will be shown on your order.
