If you’ve misplaced your receipt, don’t worry. We offer a receipt look-up service, allowing us to verify credit or debit card purchases within 90 days of the date of purchase.

Holiday Returns Policy Exceptions: Please note that certain seasonal items, such as Christmas and Halloween décor, may be subject to return restrictions. For details, please contact our store directly or refer to the returns policy printed on your receipt.

Returns Policy

  • Unopened Items: Items returned in their original packaging, unopened, and with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment or an exchange.
  • Opened or Damaged Items: Items that have been opened, damaged, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Valid Photo ID: To assist with our returns process, valid photo identification may be required.

Exceptions to Our Returns Policy: Please be aware of the following exceptions to our returns policy:

  • Returns, exchanges, or warranties on items without a receipt may not be accepted.
  • Defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
  • Certain categories, such as e-scooters, espresso machines, and electronics, may have specific return periods. Please refer to the product details for more information.
  • Items such as ink cartridges, media, memory cards, books, DVDs, CDs, mattresses, and portable beds may only be returned if unopened.
  • Live goods must be returned to the original store of purchase.
  • Specific application automotive parts and special order hard parts must be returned to the original store of purchase.
  • Bikes cannot be returned. However, free tune-up services are available within 30 days with proof of purchase.
  • The Reusable Balloon Bag cannot be returned unless found defective before use.
  • Helium tanks are exchange-only.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Products: Please note that certain products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include gift cards, tinted paint and stain products, custom-cut products, magazines, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, clearance or final sale merchandise, reusable value bags, and all infant & child car seats, booster seats, and travel systems.
